On Friday 23rd January 2015 we baked some butterfly shortbread.

Here’s the recipe

200g of Plain flour

200g Soft butter

100g Icing sugar

100g Cornflour


This is an all in one recipe and is very easy to make.  You simply put all the ingredients into a bowl and bring them together to form one ball of dough.  Then you roll it out flat and cut out into whatever shape you want.  We made butterfly shapes.  We decorated them with some icing sugar in different colours.
