School Sensory Garden

It is hard to believe that in September 2018 this was just a patch of grass with a pumphouse. Ms. Douris had an amazing  vision and with the help of parents and pupils alike this fantastic area was created. We feel so proud of it that we entered it into a competition. This area is used as an outdoor classroom. There is a blackboard on the wall. We have had Maths trails here. We have had Science lessons out here and we have had minibeast hunts. It is also a sensory area with each tyre appealing to the different senses. It is also a great fun area to play in 🙂
